Ultimate Reset ~ 21 days to RESET and RESTORE your body

The Ultimate Reset is essentially a 3 week cooking class where you learn how to prepare amazing meals while following a ZERO guesswork meal plan. But how does it work??

  1. For three weeks, you’ll totally change the way you eat as you give up high-sugar, highly processed foods and shop for new healthy foods.

  2. You will learn new ways to cook as you prepare all your Reset meals to help support the detoxification process and benefit your overall health.

  3. You’ll take specially designed supplements at specific times throughout the day to optimize your body’s natural cleansing process.

We will also incorporate the 3 Week Yoga Retreat on BOD for light, daily exercise.

There are 3 phases on the Ultimate Reset…

RECLAIM In week 1, you RECLAIM your body, accessing its inner chemistry and preparing it for change. You’ll gradually remove foods such as red meat and dairy from your diet, which are known to place stress on the digestive system.

RELEASE In week 2, you begin to RELEASE unwanted compounds that have been holding your system back and start the detoxification process. This phase includes additional supplements, including a gentle colon cleanse and digestive support. In Week Two, you’ll now be eating a fully vegan diet.

RESTORE In week 3, you’ll help RESTORE your digestive system along with other internal processes to maximum efficiency, putting nutrients, enzymes, and pre- and probiotics back into your body. In Week Three, you’ll now be eating mostly fruits and vegetables.
