3-Ingredient Cookies
Updated: Jan 2
I don’t think that these cookies could get ANY easier. The kids gobbled them up and I would honestly recommend doubling this batch when you make them! These 3-ingredient cookies are yummy, easier and healthy (shhhhh…don’t tell the kids).

Bananas, oats, and raisins or chocolate chips. THAT IS IT. Stir and bake!!! Incredibly easy and the kids will love to help you make them too. Have a couple of bananas that are on the verge of getting tossed? Make these. I can guarantee you have the rest of the ingredients in your pantry. Right?

I actually used a combination of raisins and chocolate chips. Oats and chocolate is just about my favorite combo ever but I also love oatmeal raisin cookies. If you wanted, you could even add a dash of cinnamon to your mix. I’m pretty sure that would be amazing! Drop me a comment that you’ve tried them and let me know what you think! Enjoy.

3-Ingredient Cookies
Yield: 1 dozen
2 very ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (I used a combo of both)
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and mix well. Use a small cookie scoop to drop onto a cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a measuring cup. Bake for 15 minutes.
